We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and driven Executive Assistant who can seamlessly manage high-level communication, coordinate across teams, and step up for last-minute business needs with confidence and clarity.

* Act as the central point of coordination between the Founders and internal/external stakeholders
* Handle high-impact business communication—emails, proposals, follow-ups, and client interactions
* Support business development & lead generation through professional outreach and relationship management
* Assist with market research, opportunity tracking and BD coordination
* Manage calendars, meetings and schedules for the Founders
* Handle urgent and last-minute tasks with precision and accountability
* Create presentations, reports, MIS, and business documents
* Support data analysis & reporting for informed decision-making
* Track action items from meetings and ensure timely execution
* Drive operational efficiency by improving processes
* Maintain absolute confidentiality while handling sensitive information

* Excellent spoken and written English communication
* Strong business communication & client-handling skills
* Comfortable with Excel, data analysis, reports, and dashboards
* Ability to multitask, prioritize, and perform under pressure
* High ownership, attention to detail, and proactive mindset
* Strong stakeholder coordination and follow-up skills
* A business-driven attitude—someone who goes beyond routine tasks
* Highly proactive and self-motivated
* Smart, quick learner, and adaptable
* Energetic, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented

* Professional, reliable, and growth-focused
* Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Management, or related fields
* 2–5 years of experience in EA, Founder’s Office, Business Operations, or similar roles
