Our client, an International Financial Services firm, is looking to hire an Executive Assistant for their Managing Director in Hong Kong. The Executive Assistant’s main duties include scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and organizing daily calendars. … Ultimately, you should be able to identify and address the needs of the MD and perform administrative tasks to ensure our company’s workflow runs smoothly.







Job Responsibilities



  • Maintains the Managing Director’s appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.

  • Arrange expense reports, review, and liaise with the finance department

  • Answer and screening incoming phone calls

  • Provide general admin support to the Managing Director and the team

  • Support the team with coordination of programs, events, or conferences







Job Requirements



  • At least 1 year of relevant secretarial experience, ideally in a multicultural workplace

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in both English and Mandarin

  • Attention to detail and strong organization skills

  • Competent in MS Office i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
