Executive Assistant

This position provides comprehensive, detail-focused support to a senior executive at the Group level. The ideal candidate will be seasoned, highly organised, and an excellent communicator, with a proven ability to operate effectively in a complex environment. Prior experience directly supporting a C-suite Executive within a large, multinational conglomerate is highly desirable.

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage calendar, schedule meetings and appointments with meticulous attention to detail

  • Act as a primary point of contact with internal and external stakeholders, prioritising communications and requests

  • Coordinate and organise meetings and business activities, including preparing agendas, distributing materials, and taking meeting minutes

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents where applicable

  • Manage confidential information with absolute discretion and integrity

  • Handle travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation

  • Process expense reports and manage invoices

  • Undertake additional projects and assignments as directed

    • To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree

  • A minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior executives in multinational enterprises

  • Exceptional organisational and problem-solving skills

  • Significant ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
