Role Overview

Provides high-level administrative and strategic support to senior leaders and global stakeholders across regions. Manages complex schedules, communications, and coordination across time zones while ensuring confidentiality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage executive calendars, meetings, and international schedules across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate communications between executives and internal/external global stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence for leadership meetings.
  • Arrange travel, logistics, and virtual/in-person meetings.
