IMDb seeks a self-driven, highly organized, customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the LA-based General Manager of IMDbPro and the Seattle-based Director of IMDb Worldwide Communications (WWC).

Hundreds of millions of customers worldwide rely on IMDb to discover what to watch, advance their entertainment careers through IMDbPro, and grow their businesses using IMDb data and insights. Working directly with two senior leaders, you will drive critical initiatives across the IMDbPro subscription and licensing businesses as well as the company's global brand, communications, and talent relations strategies.
