Job description:

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze data
  • Develop and present comprehensive reports, dashboards and actionable insights to support strategic decision making
  • Identify key performance indicators and implement measurement tools to monitor and improve operational efficiency
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
  • Lead and support special projects aimed at streamlining processes, reducing cost and maximizing resource utilization
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure effective integration of technology solutions that support operational excellence
  • Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes as necessary.
  • Serve as a central point of contact between the department head and internal/external stakeholders
  • Monitor project timelines and assist in tracking progress.
  • Handle sensitive information and always maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
