Work Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (US Business Hours)
About the Role
We are looking for a smart, proactive, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in operations, can manage multiple priorities, and brings a strong "can-do" attitude. While the position will primarily support the CSO, we welcome candidates who have prior experience assisting C-level executives, directors, or other decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Chief Strategy Officer.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items.
- Support project management tasks, tracking deliverables, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and prioritize urgent matters.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CSO.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and assist with strategic initiatives as required.
- Anticipate the needs of the CSO and proactively address challenges.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.

Ideal Profile:
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally supporting a C-level executive, director, or decision-maker.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience using collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management software).
- Able to work independently, multitask, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working remotely and aligned with US business hours (PST).
