Job Description
- Manage the day-to-day schedules of the Executive team, including proactively prioritizing calendar commitments based on meetings, projects, and team needs.
- Provide general administrative support to the executive team, including managing expenses, filing, and organizing documents
- Ensure all travel arrangements are made in accordance with company policies and preferences
- Assist in coordinating food orders, luncheon planning, and other business-related meetings as requested.
- Manage office supply expenditures, monitor supply levels, and handle order processing and invoice reconciliation.
- Support team projects as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in fulfilling various responsibilities.
Requirements
- Experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar positions or performing similar duties
- Strong communication in English both written and verbal.
