Job Description

  • Manage the Head of School’s calendar, appointments, and priorities.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track follow-up actions.
  • Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Draft and format official school communications, circulars, and reports.
  • Support preparation for parent meetings, staff briefings, and leadership presentations.
  • Coordinate visits, inspections, IB visits, and official events involving the Head of School.
  • Assist with compliance documentation, audits, and regulatory requirements as directed. (For example UDISE )
