Job Description
- Manage the Head of School’s calendar, appointments, and priorities.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and track follow-up actions.
- Draft, review, and manage professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and format official school communications, circulars, and reports.
- Support preparation for parent meetings, staff briefings, and leadership presentations.
- Coordinate visits, inspections, IB visits, and official events involving the Head of School.
- Assist with compliance documentation, audits, and regulatory requirements as directed. (For example UDISE )
