Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (Control Room) to support the seamless execution of patient meal services. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and safe meal preparation, dispatch, and service, while upholding food hygiene and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

· Generate patient meal orders and summaries using the Electronic Meal Ordering System (EMOS).

· Handle phone enquiries and resolve complaints related to patient meals; escalate major issues to supervisors.

· Monitor and record critical control points (e.g., food trolley reheating, chiller/freezer temperatures) and report deviations.

· Perform checker duties to ensure meals are assembled accurately before dispatch.

· Report repair and maintenance issues timely.

· Ensure compliance with food hygiene, Halal, and workplace safety standards.

· Coordinate and generate catering orders for internal events.

· Maintain cleanliness of the work area after each dishing/assembly session.

· Follow all instructions from supervisors and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Requirements:

· Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level or Nitec qualification.

· Certified in Basic Food Hygiene.

· Proficient in spoken English; fluency in a second language is an advantage.

· Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

· Familiarity with EMOS is a plus.

· Strong communication and customer service skills.

· 5–7 years of relevant supervisory experience in a hospital, hotel, restaurant, or high-volume food service facility.

· Abble to work in cold room environments (4–18°C).
