Key Responsibilities
* Calendar and Schedule Management:
* Manage and coordinate the executive's demanding schedule, appointments, and meetings.
* Strategically prioritize meetings, handle conflicts, and ensure efficient time management.
* Act as a gatekeeper, screening and directing meeting requests to make the most of the executive's time.
* Communication and Correspondence:
* Manage all forms of communication, including emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.
* Draft, review, and edit reports, letters, presentations, and other documents on behalf of the executive.
* Serve as the primary liaison between the executive's office and employees, clients, and external partners.
* Prepare and maintain Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and follow up on action items.
