Overview
Our client is seeking a meticulous and proactive individual to support the administration and operations of residency training programmes. The incumbent will play a key role in ensuring smooth onboarding, accurate record management, and effective coordination with residents, faculty, and internal stakeholders.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support for residency programme activities, meetings, and events.
- Execute resident onboarding operations, including administration of training agreements, setup of IT and clinical system access, and preparation of staff IDs, name tags, and essential onboarding items.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, including rotation schedules, leave of absence applications, and resident movement tracking.
- Maintain records related to faculty and resident development, scholarly activities, CME attendance, training time, and duty hours.
