Position Overview:
The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary administrative support to the CEO of The P3 Companies, while also functioning as the front office representative for our corporate office. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of all businesses under our umbrella by handling executive, administrative, and personal tasks with professionalism, discretion, and efficiency.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Serve as the first point of contact at the corporate office: greet visitors, manage the front desk, and answer all inbound phone calls.
