The Role


We are hiring a Founder’s Right Hand focused on operations.


You will work directly with the founder on a daily basis, helping remove operational friction across the company — coordinating with accounting, legal, HR, support, and helping implement AI across workflows.


Your mission is simple:

Free up the founder’s time so he can focus on growth, capital allocation, and strategy.


This is a hands-on execution role, not a symbolic assistant position.
