Job Description

The EA's focus is to :

Agenda and calendar management: Schedule, coordinate and organize meetings, trips and events, ensuring optimal use of executives' time.

Meeting preparation:

Create and distribute agendas, take notes, and follow up on agreements and tasks resulting from executive meetings.

Communication support:

Write and review emails, presentations and internal documents, and maintain constant and fluid communication with the different teams.

Travel coordination:

Organize travel itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and any other related logistical aspects.

Special Project Management:

Assist in the planning, monitoring, and execution of strategic projects or special events.

Data analysis and management:

Prepare reports, research information, and provide relevant data to support decision-making.
