Job Description

We are hiring for a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing recruitment company. This role is critical in enabling executive effectiveness through excellent coordination, discretion, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Act as a gatekeeper and point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and meeting briefs
  • Handle confidential information with absolute discretion
  • Coordinate priorities, follow-ups, and action items
  • Support ad-hoc projects and operational tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required; Spanish a plus)
