Overview

Executive Assistant – Global Private Equity Firm, Valencia, Spain. We are partnering exclusively with a long-standing client to open a new office in Valencia and build out their business support team. They are seeking experienced team assistants and executive assistants to join the new office. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone currently working in professional services to move to Spain, as English is mandatory; German and Spanish are preferred. The client prefers candidates with a background in financial services, private equity, banking or management consulting, with fit being the most important element.

Responsibilities
  • Diary and email management.
  • Management of calls, actioning as appropriate.
  • Arranging internal and external meetings and welcoming guests.
