Job Description

Administrative Support:

  • Manage the Executive's schedules, including meetings, appointments, and events.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate follow-ups for meetings.
  • Handle all correspondence, including drafting letters, emails, and memos.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for confidential and general documents.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with various departments, faculty, staff, and external organizations to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
  • Act as a gatekeeper to prioritize and filter requests for the Executive's time.

Event Planning and Logistics:

  • Organize and coordinate school events, ceremonies, and meetings as needed.
  • Arrange travel, accommodation, and itineraries for local and international trips.
