Job Description
Administrative Support:
- Manage the Executive's schedules, including meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes, and coordinate follow-ups for meetings.
- Handle all correspondence, including drafting letters, emails, and memos.
- Maintain an organized filing system for confidential and general documents.
Coordination and Communication:
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with various departments, faculty, staff, and external organizations to ensure smooth communication and task execution.
- Act as a gatekeeper to prioritize and filter requests for the Executive's time.
Event Planning and Logistics:
- Organize and coordinate school events, ceremonies, and meetings as needed.
