Job Description

The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Managing Partner/Director. The EA ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, handling communications, coordinating projects, and supporting decision-making. This role requires excellent organizational skills, discretion, adaptability, and the ability to anticipate the executive’s needs across multiple businesses.

Responsibilities

Administrative & Organizational Support

  • Manage executive’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen, prioritize, and respond to emails, calls, and messages on behalf of the executive.
  • Draft, review, and organize correspondence, reports, contracts, and presentations.
  • Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality.
