Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Executive Vice President (EVP). The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, managing administrative duties, optimizing the EVP's time, and ensuring seamless execution of day‑to‑day operations. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel with minimal conflicts.
  • Organize and coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders.
