Job Summary
The Executive Assistant Manager (EAM) serves as a strategic, analytical, and operational support to the CEO. This position plays a vital role in ensuring the efficient execution of the company’s executive agenda, driving cross-functional initiatives, and supporting business performance.
Key Responsibilities:
•Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate, monitor, and follow up on CEO-led initiatives to ensure timely execution.
• Manage CEO and partners calendar including planning meetings, coordinating recurring check-ins and communicating with multiple parties to schedule events.
• Manage internal and external communication on behalf of management
• Coordinate with all service providers and freelancers that work with the company to make sure work is done properly
• Coordinate with legal team on contracts, agreement and timely documents delivery
• Maintain accurate filing of all contracts and leases related to the company business and maintain an efficient calendar to update contractual obligations as needed
• Ensure all government related documentation are filed and processed on timely manner
• Support planning and coordination of new openings/launches.
• Develop executive summaries and visual reports as needed
• Facilitate smooth communication between the CEO’s office and all departments/functions
• Track critical business deadlines and ensure alignment across departments and stakeholders.
• Manage office logistics.
• Coordinate with the accounting office on invoices and payment to ensure all is processed accurately and on timely manner
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Previous experience in similar position and in the
• Experience working closely with executive leadership in a fast-paced, multi-concept hospitality environment.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in communication
