Job Description

Requirements :

  • At least 7 years of experience in a managerial role from an offshoring, shared services, or related industry
  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Provided support to international clients
  • Strong Customer Service orientation, and extensive experience in performance management and strategy development
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deal with senior stakeholders and clients
  • Strong ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Must possess a strong working knowledge in Microsoft, Outlook Email, Outlook Calendar, and Teams
  • Handled a team of at least 15 FTEs is an advantage
