Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Provide administrative support to senior management, scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring timely execution of tasks.
  • Board Administration: Coordinate board meetings, prepare board papers, and maintain minutes, ensuring all actions are followed up.
  • Strategic Coordination: Liaise with various departments to ensure cross-functional collaboration and alignment with the Group’s objectives.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain important company records, contracts, and corporate documentation.
  • Communication: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding governance and organizational matters.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Group Secretary, Executive Secretary or in a similar senior administrative role, ideally within conglomerate or corporate industry.
