Job Description

1. Provides administrative support such as daily administration, bills management and other correspondences.

2. Conduct information survey, routing correspondences, drafting letters or documents; collecting and analyzing information assigned by superior.

3. Managing the filing system/maintaining/updating documents in either hard or soft copies.

4. Coordination between internal staff and external parties/service providers if required.

5. Greeting clients and visitors as needed, including delivery of messages.

6. Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

7. Organize offices and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.

8. Meeting room reservation and coordinated schedules prior to meetings.

9. Take comprehensive notes during meetings including distribution of minutes of meetings.

10. Plan accommodation and ground transportation as required by the service department superior.
