Responsibilities
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executive.
- Schedule and maintain a calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries, and coordinate related arrangements for the Executive Vice President.
- In charge of Department Audit as advised by the VP.
- Produce reports and presentations required by the Vice President.
- Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information in all departments.
- May participate in meetings as required, distribute minutes of meetings as necessary.
- Assist in all administrative duties in other departments as needed.
- Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company as required by the Vice President.
