Responsibilities

  • Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Schedule and maintain a calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries, and coordinate related arrangements for the Executive Vice President.
  • In charge of Department Audit as advised by the VP.
  • Produce reports and presentations required by the Vice President.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing information in all departments.
  • May participate in meetings as required, distribute minutes of meetings as necessary.
  • Assist in all administrative duties in other departments as needed.
  • Other reasonable tasks and/or duties incidental to your function or that of the company as required by the Vice President.
