Job Summary
The Executive Assistant (EA) serves as a strategic partner to the President and CEO, providing high-level administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure the executive office runs efficiently. The role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment—particularly within the context of a fast-paced power and energy company. The EA also liaises with senior leaders, government agencies, as needed and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
Duties and Responsibilities
50% Executive Support and Calendar Management
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, andcoordinate appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Screen, prioritize, and prepare responses tocommunications and requests for the CEO.
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings,presentations, and speaking engagements.
