Your Role

As the Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator, you'll be the execution engine that keeps the Founder and Growth Lead focused on strategy and growth - not stuck in the weeds. You'll handle the tactical, repeatable work that moves the business forward: from LinkedIn content management to hiring coordination, lead generation support, and AI-powered workflow execution.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on getting things done, loves systems and processes, and takes pride in being the person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Do:

  • LinkedIn Management – Handle content posting and engagement for the Founder (~2 hrs/day)

  • Inbox & Calendar Management – Keep communications organized and schedules optimized

  • Lead Generation Support – Build lead lists and support HubSpot workflows

  • Hiring Coordination – Schedule interviews, prepare candidate briefs, and manage follow-ups

  • SOP Documentation & Project Tracking – Create and maintain standard operating procedures and keep projects on track

  • AI-Powered Execution – Use tools like Claude Code and Cowork to accelerate workflows and move initiatives forward faster

You Bring:

  • 2–4+ years in an operations, executive assistant, or coordinator role (startup or agency experience a plus)

  • Strong organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities

  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, Asana, Notion, or similar platforms

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media management, or content coordination

  • Comfort learning and using AI tools to streamline work

  • A "get it done" mentality with strong follow-through

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in a marketing, SEO, or agency environment

  • Familiarity with hiring/recruiting coordination

  • Background using AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Claude, workflow automation)

  • Experience building SOPs or process documentation
