Assist executives and departments with varied administrative support as required. Serve as the main point of contact for other staff members with questions, requests or concerns for the Chief Operations Officer.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain high levels of professionalism when communicating via all forms of media
- Exhibit a high level of comfort when communicating with upper-level staff.
- Manage the activities of travel - scheduling, processing of all expense reports, maintenance of records and receipts
- Responsible for coordinating activities with on-site contractors or outsourced resources providing travel services.
- Schedule and coordinate meeting requests, team meetings/events - assist in managing schedules to best meet the needs of the business.
- Maintain/order office supplies and work supplies as needed.
