Job Description
This is a high-trust, high-impact role supporting two business owners. The Executive Assistant will act as the organizational hub of the company; managing communication, schedules, follow-ups, and daily administrative flow while proactively identifying ways to improve systems and execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and organize executive inboxes, drafting replies and handling follow-ups.
- Own calendar management including meetings, calls, site visits, and reminders.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, agendas, and documentation.
- Serve as a main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal team members.
- Screen calls and ensure messages are followed up and documented.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and outstanding actions.
- Support coordination between executives, project managers, and operations.
- Maintain lead and contact tracking systems.
- Anticipate needs, bottlenecks, and operational risks.
