Job Description

This is a high-trust, high-impact role supporting two business owners. The Executive Assistant will act as the organizational hub of the company; managing communication, schedules, follow-ups, and daily administrative flow while proactively identifying ways to improve systems and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize executive inboxes, drafting replies and handling follow-ups.
  • Own calendar management including meetings, calls, site visits, and reminders.
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, agendas, and documentation.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Screen calls and ensure messages are followed up and documented.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and outstanding actions.
  • Support coordination between executives, project managers, and operations.
  • Maintain lead and contact tracking systems.
  • Anticipate needs, bottlenecks, and operational risks.
