**Job Description Summary**
This role involves comprehensive management of the Director’s office, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication and time management while handling confidential information with discretion. The responsibilities include handling all correspondence and managing the flow of information, organizing and maintaining the Director’s calendar, scheduling internal and external appointments, and coordinating national and international travel arrangements. The role also involves preparing reports and presentations and serving as a liaison between Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Additional duties include supporting project implementation, internal communications and events.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities** :
+ Handling all internal & external correspondence ensure timely responses to inquiries
+ Draft, review, and manage reports and presentations for key managers
+ Manage and maintain the Director’s calendar, including scheduling, coordinating, and following up on all appointments and meetings
+ Maintenance of data such as e-room, project reports, minutes of meetings, GPDS progress.
+ Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up actions for meetings
+ Handling internal enquiries, giving best possible information
+ Maintaining documentation of Incubator and sending the same on demand.
+ Developing, maintaining and follow up of the appointment schedule
+ Assisting in planning & coordination of all off site meetings / conferences / training programs
+ Responsible for interacting / inter-facing / liaising with internal visitors and external customers
+ Travel arrangements, preparation of TERs, payments handling of the Director.
+ Manage Administrative procedures for Govnmt Affair Department
+ Management of Corporate Books
+ Process expense reports and maintain accurate financial records including sponsorships
+ Support in the implementation of projects and internal communication/events
May perform other duties as required.
**About you:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
+ Minimum 3 years. of relevant experience in the role

Our target base salary range for this role is between **€** **32,600** **and €45,000** per year, complemented by a competitive bonus structure and a comprehensive benefits package.
