The Client:

The Role:

  • Coordination of property campaigns, client engagement, and business operations
  • Create polished reports, proposals, presentations, and marketing assets
  • Maintain and optimise CRM systems, databases, and automation workflows
  • Attend photo shoots & client care onboarding 
  • Handle contracts, compliance requirements, and essential documentation

The successful Candidate:

  • Current QLD Real Estate Registration - Essential
  • Minimum of 3 years in a similar role 
  • IMMACULATE presentation and a professional manner 
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work autonomously
  • Drivers license and reliable vehicle 
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
