Job description:
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze data
- Develop and present comprehensive reports, dashboards and actionable insights to support strategic decision making
- Identify key performance indicators and implement measurement tools to monitor and improve operational efficiency
- Conduct in-depth analysis of processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Lead and support special projects aimed at streamlining processes, reducing cost and maximizing resource utilization
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure effective integration of technology solutions that support operational excellence
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels
- Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and minutes as necessary.
- Serve as a central point of contact between the department head and internal/external stakeholders
- Monitor project timelines and assist in tracking progress.
- Handle sensitive information and always maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
