Role- Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director
Experience- 3 to 5 Years
Salary-5.00 to 8.00 LPA
Job Location- Lower Parel, Mumbai
About the company- Our client is a pharmaceutical company based in Mumbai, India, that has been active since 2003. It specializes in the development, manufacturing, and marketing of dermatology and skincare products used by consumers and professionals. The company works with a range of skincare brands and formulations, including moisturizers, cleansers, antihistamine tablets for skin allergies, and antifungal products aimed at helping people with different skin concerns.
Currently our client is engaged in marketing around 25 DERMA BRANDS with PAN INDIA operations.
Job Role & Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of communication on behalf of the Managing Director
- Assign tasks to team members and do regular follow-ups till completion
- Track commitments, deadlines, and report delays to the MD
- Draft professional emails, letters, and documents
- Handle calls and respond as instructed by the MD
- Manage data using MS Excel (basic to advanced level)
- Do online research using Google / AI tools and share summaries
- Assist the MD with personal and administrative tasks
- Coordinate with office staff for day-to-day activities
Required Experience & Education:
- 3-5 years experience as an Executive Assistant / Secretary / Office Coordinator
- Graduate from a Secretarial or Executive Assistant background
- Stable job history is preferred
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent follow-up and coordination skills
- Good written and spoken English
- MS Word and MS Excel knowledge
- Strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality
- Scalable experiment velocity
