Job Description

Key Responsibilities



  • Provide efficient correspondence, meeting, and diary management using MS Office Suite

  • Review and manage calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and liaise with internal stakeholders

  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, bookings, and expense claims

  • Assist with meeting preparation, document management, and minute-taking when required

  • Support event coordination and logistics

  • Process timesheets, expense claims, and financial reports (WIP/CRM)

  • Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding

  • Manage asset collection, people movement reconciliation, and People Direct queries

  • Support colleagues during leave periods and maintain strong internal relationships


Requirements



  • Minimum 1 year of experience
