Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide efficient correspondence, meeting, and diary management using MS Office Suite
- Review and manage calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and liaise with internal stakeholders
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, bookings, and expense claims
- Assist with meeting preparation, document management, and minute-taking when required
- Support event coordination and logistics
- Process timesheets, expense claims, and financial reports (WIP/CRM)
- Provide administrative support for recruitment, onboarding, and employee offboarding
- Manage asset collection, people movement reconciliation, and People Direct queries
- Support colleagues during leave periods and maintain strong internal relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience
