Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and presentable Executive Assistant with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to support senior management. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and hands-on experience with office productivity tools.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-to-end administrative and executive support to senior leadership
Draft professional emails, letters, and internal/external communications
Manage calendars, meetings, schedules, and follow-ups
Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS using MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets
Maintain and organize documents using Google Drive
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
Ensure confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Excellent email drafting and written communication skills
Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets & Google Drive
Presentable personality with professional etiquette
Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Gender: Male/female both
