Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to senior management
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Handle travel planning, bookings, and itineraries
Prepare, maintain, and organize documentation and reports
Draft, review, and manage professional emails and correspondence
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth communication and workflow
Prepare presentations and business reports (PPT, Excel)
Record and circulate Minutes of Meetings (MoM)
Assist in organizing internal and external meetings
Ensure timely follow-ups and task closures
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong experience in internal stakeholder management
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Office
Strong documentation and reporting skills
Expertise in calendar and travel management
Ability to draft professional emails and business communication
Good presentation and organizational skills
Experience in financial services / capital markets domain is preferred

Background in Financial Services / Capital Markets / Consulting industry
Well-organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
