This global finance entity currently has an opportunity for a seasoned Business Support professional to join the Dubai office as an Executive Assistant. Supporting the Director and the Vice President of Distribution, this role is pivotal to the success of the regional team.
The role incorporates classic PA duties such as maintaining the Executives' appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel, as well as looking after key clients and customers in person or on the telephone. The role will maximize time for the Director & VP by planning ahead and pre-empting issues before they have arisen and organizing, prioritizing, and achieving on schedule. Extensive diary and travel management, inbox management, minuting senior-level meetings, as well as preparing all meeting literature, expenses, assisting with small projects, and general administration are all elements of this role.
