Responsibilities

Executive Support – 75%


· Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.


· Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.


· Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners.


· Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.


· Coordinate board meetings, prepare agendas and content.

Office Management – 20% 


· Oversee daily office operations, including supplies, facilities, and vendor management.


· Manage office budgets, expense reports, and purchasing processes.


· Implement and maintain office policies, procedures, and organizational systems.


· Contribute as part of a team in planning and coordinating company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
