Executive Assistant / Office & Operations Manager – CEO Support

A unique opportunity for a highly capable Executive Assistant to work closely with an entrepreneurial CEO in a fast-moving, high-growth financial services business. This is a pivotal role, combining executive support with operational ownership and the day-to-day running of the office.

The role offers exposure to senior decision-making, operational strategy, and business growth initiatives, providing scope to make a real impact across the organisation.

The Role

  • Provide trusted, high-level support to the CEO, managing diary, travel, and priorities
  • Oversee office operations, processes, and administrative functions
  • Coordinate meetings, presentations, and communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Support key business initiatives, projects, and CEO-led priorities
  • Anticipate needs, solve problems, and introduce efficiencies across the business

About You

  • Proven experience supporting a CEO or senior leadership team in a dynamic environment
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing competing priorities with minimal structure
  • Strong operational mindset with the ability to implement and improve processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Trusted, discreet, and confident handling sensitive matters
