Job Description

  • Provide high‑level administrative and organizational support to the Managing Director
  • Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and priorities
  • Act as the main point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
