Job Description
Handle all the general & administrative functional duties of Enterprise Risk Management Group (e.g., budget, HR monitoring needs, logistics for the REAP program, expenses, etc.) in order for the divisions to have focus on their core functions.
Perform secretarial and technical assistance to the Chief Risk Officer / ERMG Head.
Assist in ensuring compliance of the Group with the Bank’s internal policies on Human Resource, Operations, Risk Management, Sustainability, etc.
Assist in the management of Group’s resources.
Assist in ensuring that the Group members participate in capacity development activities and wellness programs provided by the Bank to enhance productivity and efficiency at work.
Other ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the Group Head.
