Summary: We are seeking a proactive, high-level Executive Assistant - Client Journey & CRM to own the end-to-end client experience. This role is central to the business, acting as the key link between leadership, the acquisition team, partners, and clients. You will manage onboarding, contracts, milestones, compliance bookings, and daily CRM accuracy in Monday.com, ensuring every deal progresses smoothly toward settlement. This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to someone with strong Australian real estate and conveyancing experience who thrives on accountability, precision, and process improvement.
