About the Role
Working closely with the CPO, you will provide high‑level executive support and act as a key point of coordination across the broader People & Culture function. Your work will involve managing highly confidential information, navigating complex stakeholder relationships and using your professional judgement to support decision‑making and prioritisation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and prioritising the CPO’s complex diary and commitments
  • Coordinating meetings, events and key activities, including preparation and follow‑up
  • Preparing high‑quality correspondence, reports, presentations and briefing materials
  • Handling highly sensitive and strictly confidential information with the highest levels of integrity, care and professional judgement
  • Providing executive support for committees, working groups and strategic initiatives
  • Acting as a trusted liaison for internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintaining organised, efficient office practices including records management and secure handling of documentation
  • Coordinating travel arrangements in line with University procedures
  • Welcoming visitors and managing enquiries with professionalism and discretion

About You
You are someone who is organised, approachable and quietly confident in supporting senior leaders. You enjoy juggling multiple priorities and understand the importance of trust and confidentiality.

You will bring:

  • Significant experience providing high‑level executive or administrative support
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and complex diaries
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
  • Highly developed judgement, maturity and the ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong digital capability
  • The ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Experience within a university setting is welcome but not essential
