The team is fast-paced, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence. They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the set-up of the HK office and to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.


    Responsibilities

  • Assist and support the set-up of HK office, implement new administrative systems and procedures for smooth functioning of the office, Manage general office operations, including vendor liaison, supply ordering and IT coordination.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements

  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and discretion

  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and investor relations events

  • Handle confidential information with the utmost professionalism

  • Liaise with internal teams, investors, and external partners

  • Maintain filing systems and office organization

  • Assist with event planning, board meetings, and investor communications
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered

  • 5+ years of executive assistant or administrative support experience, ideally in finance, consulting, or private equity firm and previous office set up experience would be an advantage

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities, fluency in English and Mandarin and Korean would be a strong plus

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
