They are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the set-up of the HK office and to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
Assist and support the set-up of HK office, implement new administrative systems and procedures for smooth functioning of the office, Manage general office operations, including vendor liaison, supply ordering and IT coordination. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangementsPrepare correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and discretionCoordinate meetings, conferences, and investor relations eventsHandle confidential information with the utmost professionalismLiaise with internal teams, investors, and external partnersMaintain filing systems and office organizationAssist with event planning, board meetings, and investor communications Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered5+ years of executive assistant or administrative support experience, ideally in finance, consulting, or private equity firm and previous office set up experience would be an advantageExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication abilities, fluency in English and Mandarin and Korean would be a strong plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentDiscretion, integrity, and a proactive mindset
