Our Public Healthcare Client is seeking a meticulous and service-oriented Executive Assistant to support residency training programmes and medical education operations. This role provides essential administrative and coordination support to ensure the smooth running of resident onboarding, training records, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for residency programme activities and events
  • Execute resident onboarding operations, including administration of training agreements, IT and clinical access setup, and preparation of staff IDs, name tags, and essential onboarding items
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records, including rotation schedules, leave of absence applications, and resident movements
  • Maintain records related to faculty and resident development, scholarly activities, CME attendance, training time, and duty hours
