Job Description
The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the Director's behalf. Should be able to draft documents and help the Director with any necessary meeting preparations.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing the daily calendar.
- Meeting external stakeholders and going to Government offices/other officials for meetings.
- Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations.
- Screening phone calls, emails, and correspondence for the Director
- Drafting and preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Organizing and preparing agendas for meetings.
- Taking minutes and ensuring follow-up on action items.
- Managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Conducting research and preparing presentations or reports as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Candidate profile -
Candidates should have minimum 7 to 10 yrs experience as EA in a Real Estate company. Should have some experience legal/land related work.
