Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high level executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings and responding to emails on the Director's behalf. Should be able to draft documents and help the Director with any necessary meeting preparations.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and managing the daily calendar.
  • Meeting external stakeholders and going to Government offices/other officials for meetings.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Screening phone calls, emails, and correspondence for the Director
  • Drafting and preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Organizing and preparing agendas for meetings.
  • Taking minutes and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Conducting research and preparing presentations or reports as needed.



Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Candidate profile -

Candidates should have minimum 7 to 10 yrs experience as EA in a Real Estate company. Should have some experience legal/land related work.
