Role Summary


We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support our Leadership Team . This role requires exceptional communication skills, discretion, and the ability to manage priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The position is fully on-site and involves extended working hours, making personal mobility essential.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules for the Leadership Team, ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Coordinate with internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders to schedule meetings and communicate updates effectively
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and executive documentation
  • Record Minutes of Meetings (MoM), track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Screen, prioritize, and manage emails and correspondence on behalf of the Leadership Team
  • Maintain confidential documents, records, and sensitive information with discretion
  • Support the Leadership Team with ad-hoc administrative, operational, and coordination tasks
  • Act as a primary point of contact between leadership and internal/external stakeholders
  • Facilitate smooth communication flow and timely updates across teams


Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 3 - 4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership (Leadership Team / CXO / Business Head)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information professionally
  • Must own a personal vehicle for daily commute and business-related coordination, as required


Preferred Skills


  • Prior experience supporting a senior leadership team or business leaders
  • Proficiency in calendar management tools, MS Office Suite, and virtual collaboration platforms
  • Experience working in global or multinational organizations
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
  • Solution-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in dynamic environments
