Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Vice President, including managing their calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external communications, including drafting and editing correspondence, memos, and presentations.
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, proposals, and other business documents from different subsidiaries and highlight important points to be discussed in meetings by the CEO.
  • Manage and maintain confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Conduct research and analysis on various topics as requested by the Vice President.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics, catering, and guest management.
  • Support other members of the executive team as needed.
