I. Job Overview

The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative, organizational, and coordination support to President. This role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of office of the president by managing schedules, communications, documentation, and confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.

II. Duties and responsibilities

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Manages and maintains president calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepares, reviews, and organizes reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Handles incoming calls, emails, and inquiries on behalf of the executive.
  • Acts as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Meeting & Coordination

  • Organizes and coordinates meetings, board sessions, and events.
