Responsibilities

  • Provides comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director (MD), ensuring optimal time management and operational efficiency.
  • Requires a deep understanding of the MD’s strategic objectives, targets, and standards.
  • Possess extensive knowledge of the organization, key internal and external stakeholders, and overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Communication, or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant to senior executives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High emotional intelligence, discretion, and confidentiality.
